Our Story
Fly99 was born out of a real need — Malaysian players at the time struggled to find an online gaming platform that truly understood local needs. Most platforms available then were built for overseas markets, with unfriendly interfaces for local users, unsuitable payment methods, and no support in Bahasa Melayu. fly99 was created to change all of that.
Founded in 2019 by a team of seasoned industry professionals, fly99 was built from the ground up with one singular goal: to become Malaysia's premier online gaming platform. We understand how Malaysians play, what they look for, and the experience they deserve — not just a platform that works, but one that is genuinely exciting, safe, and trustworthy.
Over the years, fly99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms. We have served over 500,000 registered members with thousands of games spanning slots, live casino, fish shooting, and bingo. Every day, our team works hard to ensure your gaming experience remains smooth, secure, and rewarding.
What sets fly99 apart is not just our technology or game library — it is the way we treat every member. We believe every ringgit you invest with us deserves a reward that is truly worth it. That is why we built a VIP program that genuinely delivers value to our loyal members, not just promises that look good on paper.
Fly99's mission has been clear and unchanged since day one: delivering a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience for every Malaysian. We never compromise on security, fairness, or service quality.
Our vision is to become Malaysia's number one online gaming platform — not just in user numbers, but in the satisfaction, trust, and value we deliver to every member. We want fly99 to be a name synonymous with safety, fun, and fairness in Malaysia's online gaming world.
Every decision we make at fly99 — from selecting game providers to shaping our withdrawal policy — is guided by the core values we stand by. We believe in full transparency with our members, responsibility towards the player community, and continuous innovation to deliver the very best.
Fly99 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of self-control tools to help members manage their gaming activity wisely, including daily deposit limits, session time limits, and account self-exclusion options. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or burden.
Our team is trained to recognise signs of unhealthy gaming behaviour and is ready to provide assistance and referrals to appropriate support resources whenever needed. The health and well-being of our members always comes first, above all else.
Behind its clean, user-friendly interface, fly99 runs on a robust and modern technology infrastructure. Our platform is built on a high-performance cloud architecture that delivers fast response times and 99.9% uptime year-round. Even during peak hours with hundreds of thousands of active players online simultaneously, your gaming experience stays smooth — no lag, no disruptions.
Fly99's security system combines 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time activity monitoring, and an automated fraud detection system to protect every transaction and member's personal data. We undergo regular independent third-party security audits to ensure our security standards remain at the highest level.
